About the Club
Since 1970 the Greenhaven Cabana Club South has provided its members a family-friendly environment for a community oriented swimming experience. Our certified lifeguards are on duty during club hours to ensure we provide a safe swimming experience for all. During the summer the club is open to members in the afternoons and evenings, in addition to early morning lap swim and adult-only time on weekends.
Our Facilities
In addition to our heated pool, we offer the following facility amenities: a kitchen area and outdoor pergola for special events, vending machines in the clubhouse, ping pong and foosball tables, a grass volleyball court, tetherball, chairs and picnic tables. Ask a greeter to borrow a gas grill or outdoor toys (volleyball, ping pong paddles, etc.). We have everything you need to enjoy the day poolside!
Member Only Events
Several family fun nights are scheduled throughout the summer and may include Pizza Night, Moonlight Swim, and an Ice Cream Social to name just a few.
Members can host parties at the club for an additional cost as well. What better way to enjoy community during the summer months than among friends poolside.
Governance
The club is run by a group of dedicated community volunteers that are voted on each year by our members. Board duties include maintenance of the property, membership management, party rentals, social activities, communication and outreach, staff supervision, managing club finances, and administrative duties required for managing an organization.
Our board for the 2027 year includes the following:

Your Voice Matters
In order to conduct certain business at our Annual Member Meeting, such as electing our new board, we must have a quorum of voters from our membership.
As our Annual Meeting is not typically highly attended, members may designate the Board of Directors, or a specific board member, to vote in their place by signing a proxy vote form so that we can continue to conduct business in a timely manner.
