Cabana Club is proud to make available to our current club members our facilities for private events. From birthday and retirement parties to end of school year celebrations, we have everything you need to create the perfect event!

You can choose between a private party during off hours where you will have the entire facility for your event only or a semi-private event during club hours when other members will be utilizing the facilities.

Facilities available for an event include:

  • The clubhouse and kitchen, including use of a refrigerator, freezer, oven, sink and microwave
  • Weber grills
  • Onsite bathrooms and outdoor showers
  • A pergola for shade that includes a picnic table and chairs
  • Conference size tables for extra seating or serving
  • Games like ping pong, foosball, tether ball, giant Connect Four and Cornhole
  • Lifeguard services are provided with the cost of your event (see rental rate guide below)

Rental Rules

Booking Timeframes

Parties at the club can be booked as follows:

  • Parties of 6-10 people can be booked day of the event at the greeter front desk or in advance via our private party registration process
  • Parties with more than 10 people must be booked 48 hours prior to the event date via our private party registration process

Start Times and End Times: Responsibilities of Host

All facilities are available at the start time of your reserved party. There is no early entry to prepare or set up for the party. Staff cannot allow entry to the Club prior to the reserved start time. Additionally:

  • Lifeguards must be present any time members or guests are present. Lifeguard fee is included as price of rental
  • All non-member guests must be counted - even if they do not intend to use the pool
  • All guests (members and non-member guests) must have a signed “Hold Harmless” form on file at the Club. 
  • All guests must sign in on the provided sign-in sheet on the day of the event

At the end of your event, please return the areas used to their original status, including chairs, tables, grills, and remove all decorations. The lifeguard or greeter will go over the Cleaning Checklist with the host and sign off that all items have been checked.

Lifeguard Information

Your lifeguards are required to take breaks during their shifts which could require your cooperation in clearing the pool during a required break if your event is during closed hours. Work with the guards to agree on times that might work best during your private event – for example, when food or cake is being served.

    cancellation Policies

    General Policy

    • Cancellation requests received via email more than seven calendar days before the event date will receive a full refund. 
    • Cancellation requests received via email less than seven days before the reserved date can be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations cannot be made within 72 hours of the booked event date and start time.

    Cancellation Policy due to Air Quality Issues

    We close the pool when the air quality index (AQI) meets or exceeds 150 (micrograms per cubic meter) of PM 2.5 (particulate matter of 2.5 microns or less in diameter). That's red air on the AQI.  We use the Purple Air sensor located at the club. If the Club closes due to high AQI, the Lessor will first attempt to reschedule the party rental. In the event that is not feasible, the Lessee will be refunded 90% of the paid rental fee.

    To Book a Private Party

    Please follow the below directions to book a party at the Cabana Club. 

    • Check available dates for your event by viewing our Private Event Calendar below
    • Once you have selected an available date please email to confirm availability as there can be a delay in updating of the calendar
    • You will receive confirmation that your event date is available as well as a link to complete the Cabana Club Reservation and Rental Agreement
    • You will be asked to pay for your event as part of completing the rental agreement (process via PayPal) 

    PLEASE NOTE: You are not assured a rental spot until you receive a confirmation email that we have received the completed rental agreement and fees. Thank you.

    Please make sure all of your guests complete the online Hold Harmless form at least 24-hours before the day of your event. The Hold Harmless form can be completed by clicking here (you only have to sign once per family household). Guests can not enter the club until the online form has been completed. Additionally, if you are hosting a youth party, the parents of those youth are responsible for completing the form in advance. Additional forms for your private event include:
